Savory Roasted Turnips

  • 4 medium Turnips
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (more if you like it spicy)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced or 3 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Clean and peel turnips.  Chop into small chunks or slices. Toss in olive oil and minced garlic. Sprinkle seasonings on top. Sprinkle cheese on last.

Cook at 400 for 25 minutes, test for your preference of tender/crisp. Cook longer if you like your turnips crispier.
