• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• Cooking spray
• 4 cups broccoli florets
• 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 cup drained, sliced water chestnuts
• 3 tablespoons prepared sweet and sour sauce, such as sesame ginger flavored
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet with cooking spray over medium high heat. Add broccoli and mushrooms; cook, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender.
Reduce heat to medium; add water chestnuts and remaining ingredients. Stir fry 1 minute or until heated.
Serve this dish by itself or over rice or noodles.
