The First Sunday Farmers Market at Sweetwater Organic Community Farm is more than a market—it’s a monthly celebration of healthy food, healthy community, and connection to the land!
Join us for an extra-special market featuring local vendors, live music, educational workshops, family activities, and plenty of opportunities to experience the farm. Shop fresh, local goods, meet members of our community, and spend the day learning, exploring, and connecting.
Bring the kids by our Rooted Learning Craft Table, where activities are inspired by our hands-on homeschool program. Depending on the month, young visitors might head out on a farm scavenger hunt, create nature bracelets or crowns, paint kindness stones, and more.
First Sunday Schedule:
10:30–11:30 AM — Yoga on the Farmhouse Porch
12–3 PM — Sunday Farmers Market + Local Vendors + Live Music
Starting at 12 PM — Rooted Learning Kids’ Craft Table
Starting at 1 PM — Free Farm Tour [meet under the barn]
Starting at 1 PM — Educational Workshops [inside the farmhouse]
NOTE: There is no parking inside the farm. Please park across the Sweetwater Creek by driving to our cafe [5521 Hanley Rd.] and driving down to the end of the road towards the Creek. Visitor Parking is in front of our extended farm field. You must walk across the bridge to enter the farm.
Come shop local, explore the farm, learn something new, and spend a beautiful Sunday in community with us. First Sundays at Sweetwater are for everyone! 💚
