Volunteer
Both individuals and groups are welcome to come out to the farm as volunteers to learn hands-on about organic farming and help out our community farm. All are welcome to volunteer, including children under supervision and students fulfilling community service hours. Volunteers can assist with any and all farm tasks such as planting, harvesting, and weeding. There are also projects for those with carpentry and electrical skills. Volunteers are welcome any time the farm is open, usually Wednesday through Sunday from 8:30am - 4:30pm, September through May.
If you'd like to volunteer, call us at (813) 887-4066 to see what our current needs are and to let us know to expect you. Volunteers are required to wear close-toed shoes. Bring anything you'll need for working outdoors (hat, water, food, etc.). We look forward to meeting you. Thanks for your interest!
